I stumbled upon a very delcious tasting cabbage roll. This one being served with veal and beef meat balls served with a creamy tomato based sauce. Meat was cooked almost fork tender with a bouncy texture for the meat balls and healthy with some tender cabbage and pickled cabbage inside as well. You could do a lot worse for a €17 lunch!
The Chou Farci is a dish with humble beginnings compared to various lavish French dishes you may have had before. It’s definitely something that feels homely and I’d love to make it when I get a chance. Have a great week everybody!
